Dashboards
For you to able to report from your HubSpot data you first need to sync your data in Sources
Your data will be updated automatically every hour and you will be able to push a real time update any time you want clicking on the "update button"
Once you synced your HubSpot Data you have to create Metrics to then report on them in your Dashboards
You will be able to report on:
- Number of Contacts
- Number of Companies
- Number of Deals / Sum of Deals Value / Average Deals Value
- Number of Calls / Sum of Deals Calls / Average Deals Calls
- Number of Meetings / Sum of Deals Meetings / Average Deals Meetings
- Number of Notes
- Number of Tasks
Also, you will be able to filter each Object with any property created in that Object or created in any Object associated
In the next video I will explain how to create Pipeline reports:
If you want to create cohort pipeline reports, you can find out how in the next video:
Overview
Adding Hubspot data to your Campaign Overview table will let you answer questions such as:
How many qualified leads is a specific Meta campaign generating?
How many proposals sent this month from each Google campaign?
How many sales from each Linkedin campaign?
What is the cost per funnel stage by ad campaign or by ad account?
First, you need to add Hubspot as a data source:
Your data will be updated automatically every hour and you will be able to push a real time update any time you want clicking on the "update button"
Second, you need to create a Table in Overview by Campaign, choosing the Ad Accounts:
Third, you need to add the "Amount Spent" metric to the table:
To add the Hubspot data you need to create Custom Fields:
You need to choose Type "CRM" and then Hubspot:
Metric "Count Deals" or "Sum Deal Value":
In CRM Resource you need to choose the property inside Hubspot to match the campaign name:
You need to have a Hubspot Property inside the Deals or in the associated Contacts, that match the exact name of each Ad Campaign
And optionally, you can choose the Pipeline Stage:
For example, if your pipeline is:
Call Scheduled
Call Completed
Proposal Sent
Closed Won
And, you want to track how many Deals reached "Call Completed" at some point in time, you need to choose that pipeline stage
Once you created all the custom fields:
Deals
Deals to Call Completed
Deals to Proposal Sent
You can use Formulas to calculate the Cost per Deal, Cost per Call Completed, etc:
