1) How can I change my language on the platform?
From the “Modify your profile” option, you can select Spanish, English, or Portuguese as the application language.
2) Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can modify your plan according to your business needs at any time from the “Modify your plan” option.
3) Where can I edit my payment method?
Go to “My Account” > ‘Plan’ > “Billing.”
There you can update your payment information and, to save the changes, simply click “Save.”
4) Can I download my invoices from the platform?
Yes, you will have an option to download your monthly invoices directly from your account. This feature will be visible in the same Settings section.
5) What are Alert integrations?
These are the connections you set up to receive automatic alerts on platforms such as Slack, email, or WhatsApp. You can review or modify them from the “View Alert integrations” option.
6) How do I log out securely?
By clicking on your account name, then selecting “Log out” to end your session securely.
