1) Can I connect more than one account per platform?

Yes. You can connect multiple advertising accounts from the same platform, such as several Facebook Ads or Google Ads accounts.

2) What happens if I change my advertising account password?

In some cases, you may need to reconnect the data source to keep the link active.

3) How often is the data updated?

The data is automatically updated several times a day, ensuring that you always have access to up-to-date information.

4) Can I disconnect an account without losing the data already imported?

Yes. When you delete a data source, the data already synchronized is not deleted. However, it will not continue to be updated until you reconnect.

5) What permissions am I granting when I connect my account?

Only the permissions necessary to access your campaigns, ads, and statistics are requested. Master Metrics does not make any changes to your advertising accounts.

6) What do I do if I have trouble connecting a data source?
